Analyzes project details and photos using Claude, prices materials with a contingency buffer, applies your labor rate, overhead, and margin, and scores its own confidence. High confidence and a total under $10K sends the quote automatically. Over $50K always comes back to you for review. Over $250K is blocked outright.
Finds the nearest crew with the right skill and actual capacity — reading real bookings out of the database, not just checking a calendar. Emergency jobs get same-day priority; standard jobs are slotted within 4 business days.
Tracks jobs to completion. Change orders over $500 need approval. Won't flip a job to "completed" without a customer signature and at least 2 photos. Safety incidents trigger a critical stop with immediate owner notification.
Checks permit thresholds by city, crew license validity, and insurance currency for that specific job's jurisdiction. An expired license is a hard block, not a warning.
Refuses to generate an invoice until the Execution agent confirms the job is verifiably complete — signature and photos on file. Once confirmed, generates the invoice automatically and processes payment via Stripe.
